How do I acquire the Tescatec Management Application ©?: You may download and install the application by clicking on the Our Products menu item and selecting Management App. Click on download and follow the instructions. Alternatively Click Here.
What are my system requirements?: You only have to install Microsoft Silverlight in order for our software to work, This will be done when installing our software for the first time.
When running the Tescatec Management Application, I am presented with a white screen. What is wrong?: Please allow a few minutes (up to 10 minutes). This simply means that there is a new version of the application available and that the application is updating. alternatively, you may uninstall the application and re-download and install the application again.
How do I get support?: For any questions and support regarding the Tescatec Management Application, please e-mail us at support@tescatec.co.za and we will assist you asap.
Can you customize the application?: Yes. We can customize certain parts of the application such as certificates, reports, and logos.
